About Me

Hi, I’m Khadijah. I’m passionate about helping students on the autism spectrum discover their strengths and prepare for a fulfilling future. My work centers on guiding young people, ages 13–21, as they build independence, confidence, and the skills needed for school, work, and daily life.

With a background in both counseling and career development, I bring a holistic approach that blends mental health support, self-advocacy training, and workplace readiness. Every student deserves the opportunity to thrive, not just academically, but socially, emotionally, and professionally.

In my role, I:

  • Support students in identifying career paths and exploring employment opportunities

  • Teach essential social, communication, and workplace skills

  • Help young adults build self-advocacy tools to navigate the real world

  • Provide families with guidance for transition planning and long-term support

My mission is simple: to empower students with autism to step confidently into the future, equipped with tools that foster independence and success.
