Mindshift provides specialized counseling and career services for students ages 13–21 with Autism Spectrum Disorder across South Carolina. Every program is designed around real skills, real goals, and lasting independence.
Career Exploration & Job Readiness
Students discover their strengths, explore career pathways, and build the practical skills employers look for. From job shadowing to interview preparation, we meet each student where they are and help them move forward with purpose.
Social & Communication Skills Training
Real-world skill building around social interaction, workplace communication, and navigating everyday situations. Students gain tools they can use immediately — in the classroom, at work, and in their communities.
Self-Advocacy Development
Students learn to identify their needs, communicate them clearly, and stand up for themselves in any setting. We build the confidence and language students need to navigate school, work, and daily life on their own terms.
Family & Transition Planning Support
Families are partners in this work. We help parents and caregivers understand transition planning, navigate IEP goals, and prepare for post-secondary life — with a clear, personalized roadmap built around each student's future.
